Imam Sajjad (AS), in various prayers found in Sahifa Sajjadiya, places significant emphasis on this issue. The main objective of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the theory of social justice in the two intellectual frameworks of Imam Sajjad (AS) and John Rawls. To achieve this goal, the method of comparative analysis has been employed. In this study, the principles and concepts of social justice in the examined thoughts are analyzed and compared. The findings of this research indicate that Imam Sajjad (AS) and John Rawls have different perspectives and approaches regarding social justice. In the thought of Imam Sajjad (AS), social justice is founded on religious principles and theism, with an emphasis on the fair distribution of wealth, elimination of discrimination, and valuing the realization of social ethics. On the other hand, John Rawls defines justice as an agreement among individuals with diverse viewpoints, emphasizing the preservation of fundamental rights of each individual and the fair distribution of wealth based on social agreements.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; padding: 15px; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات اجتماعی در جامعه، عدالت اجتماعی است که ائمه شیعه در تبلور آن در ساحت عملی و نظری تلاش بسیاری نموده‌اند، امام سجاد(ع) در فرازهای دعای متعدد خود که در صحیفه سجادیه آمده به این مسأله تأکید فراوان دارد. هدف اصلی این مقاله به بررسی تطبیقی نظریه عدالت اجتماعی در دو منظومه اندیشه‌ای، یعنی اندیشه امام سجاد(ع) و جان راولز می‌پردازد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، روش تحلیل مقایسه‌ای مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، اصول و مفاهیم عدالت اجتماعی در اندیشه‌های مورد مطالعه مورد تحلیل و مقایسه قرار گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که امام سجاد(ع) و جان راولز دیدگاه‌ها و رویکردهای متفاوتی درباره عدالت اجتماعی دارند. در اندیشه امام سجاد(ع)، عدالت اجتماعی بر پایه اصول دینی و خداشناسی بنا نهاده می‌شود و تأکید بر توزیع منصفانه ثروت، رفع تبعیض، ارزش قائلی به تحقق اخلاق اجتماعی است. از سوی دیگر، جان راولز به عدالت به‌عنوان توافقی بین افراد با دیدگاه‌های مختلف تعریف می‌دهد و تاکید بر حفظ حقوق اساسی هر فرد و توزیع منصفانه ثروت براساس و توافق‌های اجتماعی دارد.</div> https://www.journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/95/80
