In recent decades, the proliferation and multiplicity of water-centric development projects, such as "inter-basin water transfer" projects defined and implemented based on the abundance of water in one area and its shortage in another, have lacked a precise and sensitive social perspective, turning these projects into focal points of various social issues. Despite legal requirements that all development projects, including those in the water sector, must undergo social and environmental impact assessments before implementation, a review of the history of these projects and the current situation of the host regions and provinces indicates that these assessments have either not been properly conducted or have been performed superficially. Consequently, these areas are now severely affected by the social consequences of the project's implementation. This research fundamentally aims to deeply study and identify the social impacts and consequences of water transfer projects after their implementation at the transfer origin, selecting Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province as the most contentious province in the country regarding water transfer for its statistical population and research field. To utilize diverse and real data from the research field and achieve a broad and generalizable theoretical perspective on this subject, "Grounded Theory" has been chosen as the research method. This method's capabilities provide a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data for examination and analysis. Ultimately, the analysis of data obtained from documents, interviews, social media, articles, and surveys indicates the profound impacts of these projects in the implementation areas in terms of livelihood, inequality, social justice, citizenship, and other social indicators.</p> </div> <p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">موضوع «آب» به جهت کمیابی، تعیین‌کنندگی و پراکندگی نامتوازن آن در جغرافیای ایران، به یک سوژه اجتماعی مهم تبدیل شده است. در دهه‌های اخیر، گستردگی و تعدد طرح‌های توسعه‌ آب‌محور همچون طرح‌های «انتقال آب بین حوضه‌ای» که بر مبنای فراوانی آب در یک نقطه و کمبود آن در منطقه‌ای دیگر تعریف و اجرا می‌شود، فاقد یک نگاه اجتماعی دقیق و حساس بوده و این طرح‌ها هم‌اکنون به کانون مسائل مختلف اجتماعی تبدیل شده است. این در حالی است که طبق قانون، تمامی طرح‌های توسعه از جمله طرح‌های بخش آب باید دارای مطالعات ارزیابی اجتماعی و محیط زیستی پیش از اجرای طرح باشند، اما بررسی پیشینه این طرح‌ها و همچنین وضعیت کنونی مناطق و استان‌های میزبان طرح نشان می‌دهد که این مطالعات یا درست انجام نشده و یا اینکه انجام آنها فرمالیته و ظاهری بوده و این مناطق هم‌اکنون به شدت تحت تاثیر پیامدهای اجتماعی ناشی از اجرای طرح قرار گرفته‌اند.</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><span style="color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;">این پژوهش با نگاهی بنیادی به دنبال مطالعه عمیق و شناسایی آثار و پیامدهای اجتماعی طرح‌های انتقال آب پس از اجرای این طرح‌ها در مبدا انتقال است که برای جامعه آماری و میدان پژوهش خود استان چهارمحال و بختیاری را به عنوان پرتنش‌ترین استان کشور در موضوع انتقال آب انتخاب کرده است. به منظور استفاده از داده‌های متنوع و واقعی میدان پژوهش و دست یافتن به یک نگاه نظری کلان و قابل تعمیم در این موضوع، «نظریه زمینه‌بنیاد (گرندد تئوری)» به عنوان روش تحقیق انتخاب شده تا با قابلیت‌های این روش، طیف متنوعی از داده‌های کمی و کیفی برای بررسی و تحلیل در اختیار این پژوهش قرار گیرد. در نهایت نیز، تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از اسناد، مصاحبه‌ها، فضای مجازی، مقاله‌ها و پیمایش انجام شده نشان از تاثیرات عمیق این طرح‌ها در مناطق اجرای طرح از بعد معیشت، نابرابری، عدالت اجتماعی، شهروندی و شاخص‌های دیگر اجتماعی دارد.</span></p> https://www.journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/92/77
