In this context, the Kurdistan Uramanat region, as one of the indigenous areas with unique cultural, historical, and architectural characteristics, has been selected as the location for implementing this model. In this presentation, we will examine the details of this model and how it is implemented in the Uramanat region. Given that the spatial development of traditional homes for the preservation of cultural identity and sustainable development of indigenous areas is a controversial issue in the field of architecture and urban planning, this presentation can serve as a practical study for those interested in this field. The terraced houses of the Kurdistan Uramanat region, located in the west of Iran, represent a unique construction culture. These homes are built in a terraced and mass form using indigenous materials and taking into account the climatic, geographical, and social conditions of the region. In addition to having historical and cultural value, these homes possess ecological and sustainable characteristics. However, these homes are at risk of destruction and deterioration. Therefore, there is a need for a comprehensive and innovative approach to preserve and develop them. In this research, we intend to present an up-to-date model for the spatial development of homes in the Kurdistan Uramanat region.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">در جهت حفظ هویت فرهنگی و توسعه پایدار مناطق بومی، ایده‌ی توسعه فضایی خانه‌های سنتی به عنوان یک مدل روزآمد در سال‌های اخیر به شدت مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، منطقه‌ی اورامانات کردستان به عنوان یکی از مناطق بومی با ویژگی‌های فرهنگی، تاریخی، و معماری منحصر به فرد، به عنوان محل اجرای این مدل انتخاب شده است. در این ارائه، ما به بررسی جزئیات این مدل و نحوه پیاده‌سازی آن در منطقه‌ی اورامانات خواهیم پرداخت. با توجه به اینکه توسعه فضایی خانه‌های سنتی به منظور حفظ هویت فرهنگی و توسعه پایدار مناطق بومی، یک مسئله‌ی بحث برانگیز در حوزه‌ی معماری و شهرسازی است، این ارائه می‌تواند به عنوان یک مطالعه‌ی کاربردی برای علاقمندان به این حوزه مفید باشد. خانه‌های پلکانی منطقۀ اورامانات کردستان، که در غرب ایران واقع شده‌اند، نشان‌دهنده یک فرهنگ ساخت و ساز منحصر به فرد هستند. این خانه‌ها با استفاده از مصالح بومی و با توجه به شرایط آب و هوایی، جغرافیایی و اجتماعی منطقه، به صورت پلکانی و توده‌ای ساخته شده‌اند. این خانه‌ها علاوه بر داشتن ارزش تاریخی و فرهنگی، دارای خصوصیات زیست‌بومی و پایدار هستند . با این حال، این خانه‌ها در معرض تخریب و فرسودگی قرار دارند. بنابراین، نیاز به یک رویکرد جامع و نوآورانه برای حفظ و توسعه آن‌ها وجود دارد. در این پژوهش، ما قصد داریم یک مدل روزآمد برای توسعه فضایی خانه‌های منطقۀ اورامانات کردستان را ارائۀ دهیم.</div> https://www.journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/57/44
