Depending on the nature of the conquest of a city and the acceptance of the jizyah, there are two types of treaties: 1) agreements concluded after warfare and the opening of various regions, and 2) peace treaties made with people who were unwilling to fight or accept Islam, following the final opening of a city. The content of such treaties varied significantly from regions that were conquered through warfare. Analyzing and distinguishing between treaties of cities conquered (whether through peace or war) and the differing amounts of jizyah reveals that the content and terms of these documents and agreements differ based on the temporal, geographical, demographic, political, and religious contexts of the various regions. The aim of this research is to examine the points of divergence and differences in treaties using a descriptive-analytical method across different regions of Iran, one of the earliest areas conquered by Muslims during the Rashidun Caliphate.</p> <p>یکی از اقدامات اساسی مسلمانان هنگام فتوحات و ورود به مناطق مختلف، نوشتن نامه برای کارگزار و فرمانده و مردم آن ناحیه و دعوت آن­ها به قبول یکی از این سه پیشنهاد بود: پذیرش اسلام، پرداخت جزیه و جنگ. بسته به چگونگی فتح یک شهر و قبول پرداخت جزیه، با دو گروه از عهدنامه­ها، مواجه هستیم:1- قراردادهایی که پس از جنگ و گشودن مناطق مختلف بسته می­شد2- صلح­نامه­هایی که در پی گشایش نهایی شهر با مردمی که حاضر به جنگیدن و پذیرش دین اسلام نبودند، منعقد می­شد. مفاد این­گونه قراردادها، تاحدود زیادی متفاوت از مناطقی بود که با جنگ گشوده می­شد. بررسی و تفکیک عهدنامه­های فتح شده (چه با صلح، چه با جنگ) و مقدار متفاوت جزیه بر آن­ها ما را به این نتیجه می­رساند که محتوا و مفاد این اسناد و قراردادها، بسته به موقعیت زمانی، جغرافیایی، جمعیتی، سیاسی و مذهبی مناطق مختلف، اختلافات و افتراقاتی با هم دارند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقاط افتراق و اختلاف عهدنامه­ها به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی در مناطق مختلف ایران به عنوان یکی از اولین مناطق فتح شده بدست مسلمانان در دوره خلفای راشدین می­باشد.</p> https://www.journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/233/146
