The main objective of this article is to study and scrutinize the reasons behind the prolonged process of addressing Iran's nuclear case at the IAEA. Iran's nuclear dossier has been one of the most important diplomatic and security cases globally in the last two decades, accompanied by many ups and downs, with the Islamic Republic of Iran and Western parties still unable to reach a comprehensive and long-term agreement. Despite significant efforts from both sides, there is no clear prospect for a swift resolution in the near future. Therefore, as a scientific issue, the main question of this article is: What reasons contribute to the prolonged process of addressing Iran's nuclear case at the IAEA? It appears that hostile policies against Iran, considering Iran as an international threat in the region, changes in behavior and structure in Iran's political system, structural weaknesses in the international system, and other factors contribute to the prolonged process of addressing Iran's nuclear case at the IAEA. The present research method is analytical-descriptive of an applied type, utilizing laws, regulations, and library resources. Thus, this article attempts to study the disputes and motivations of the parties involved.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; padding: 15px; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">مطرح شدن پرونده هسته ای ایران در آژانس بین المللی انرژی هسته ای و سپس شورای امنیت سازمان ملل، یکی از موضوعات بسیار مهم در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به خصوص از دوره هشتم ریاست جمهوری به بعد بوده است. هدف اصلی از نگارش مقاله پیش رو مطالعه و مداقه دلایل طولانی شدن فرآیند رسیدگی به پرونده هسته ای ایران در آژانس بین المللی انرژی اتمی است. پرونده هسته ای ایران یکی از مهمترین پرونده های دیپلماتیک و امنیتی در دو دهه اخیر در سطح جهانی بوده است که با فراز و فرود بسیاری همراه بوده و هنوز جمهوری اسلامی ایران و طرف های غربی نتوانسته اند به یک توافق جامع و دراز مدت دست یابند. هر چند که از سوی دو طرف اهتمام زیادی نسبت به قضیه وجود دارد اما چشم انداز روشنی برای حل سریع موضوع در آینده نزدیک وجود ندارد. لذا به عنوان یک مسئله علمی، سوال اصلی این مقاله آن است که چه دلایلی در طولانی شدن فرآیند رسیدگی به پرونده هسته ای ایران در آژانس بین المللی انرژی اتمی موثر است؟ به نظر می رسد سیاست های خصمانه علیه ایران، در نظر گرفتن ایران به عنوان تهدید بین المللی در منطقه، تغییر رفتار و ساختار در نظام سیاسی ایران، ضعف ساختاری در نظام بین الملل و ... از جمله دلایلی است که در طولانی شدن فرآیند رسیدگی به پرونده هسته ای ایران در آژانس بین المللی انرژی اتمی موثر است. روش پژوهش حاضر، تحلیلی- توصیفی از نوع کاربردی و با استفاده از قوانین و مقررات و منابع کتابخانه‌ای صورت پذیرفته است. لذا مقاله حاضر در تلاش است اختلافات و انگیزه های طرفین را با مورد مطالعه قرار دهد.</div> https://www.journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/120/103
